  • Good, but needs some tweaking

    I love the recipes and descriptive workouts. It makes it easy to get a workout in and find new healthy fun things to eat. My issue, however, is that the timer stops if phone is locked. I press random things if my phone isn’t locked so it ends up that I work out longer than intended, therefor straining myself harder than I should/want to.

    Love love love this app. I only use the Kelsey Wells portion but I’m in love. No more planning for my gym time. Just show up, pull out my phone, and get to work! The one feature I REALLY wish this app had was the ability to skip a certain section of the workout. For instance...in a circuit section there will be 4 exercises and you do them in pairs. Every once in a while there’s an exercise where I don’t have the available equipment or I can’t do that specific exercise because of an injury. I usually throw in a modifier, but I WISH you could skip just that set and get to the next pair. You have to wait through the timer (sometimes around 6 minutes) before seeing the next exercises. OR skip the circuit completely. Anyway, a minor thing I wish the app had. It would also be great if there were a section to keep stats. I have a hard time remembering where I was/am on each lift and I don’t want to toggle to a separate app to check it. A built in feature would be suuuuuper cool!

    I love it. I’m sticking w it. The reps font size needs to be darker and bigger so you don't have to keep looking at your phone. We need some side legs. Everything is forward and back. I wish there was some V push-ups to simulate a pull up....too many push-ups they get so boring and as women we need to pull not just push.

    I used to CrossFit but once I moved cities I couldn’t find a gym that was giving me what I was looking for so I simply quit. Fast forward four years and I found this blessed app. It’s TOUGH but worth it. Very well planned and easy to execute on the beginner level. Great option for anyone who is self-motivated!

  • Few app suggestions

    I would love to enter in exercise I did outside of the workouts completed in the app. In addition it would be nice to click on “dinner menu options” instead of assigning one to each day so that I need to look at individual days to get multiple dinner choices. The exercises are great! Love the food! I’m sore but in the best way! Thanks guys! Keep it up!

    Love this app for workouts. Recently tried using music link for LISS. Able to get to music (and great options), but NO link back to app to finish/record workout. Have to shut down my phone and restart to be able to use app again. Very frustrating. Anyone else have this issue?
  • Worth every penny

    I was hesitant to invest in the app because of the price but I went for it. I originally thought I was going to use it for the BBG workouts with Kayla but I have fallen for the PWR workouts with Kelsey Wells!!! They have changed my attitude and perspective on working out! There is some cardio-HIIT, lifting, stretching, and challenges. I’m on week 24 and can’t stop.
