    I can’t access any day past Day 1. Too much going on too. Would prefer an easy simple tool that takes the lead with more guidance and less education. I don’t want to listen to a lecture when I’m struggling.

    Love the app and the program. It's a complete package with lessons, tools and an active forum community for support. Applying mindfulness to eating is helping me have a much better and more joyful relationship to food, and after 3 weeks I've actually already lost 11 lbs, without even exercising. It's really helped me from overeating at every meal.

    I have dieted all my life and this is NOT that!!!! I am learning a whole new skill set that has already resulted in weight loss but learning mindfulness will impact your whole life!!!! The group and coach support is invaluable.

    The program uses technology to teach concepts and techniques for mindfulness. After over one year, my locus of control has become internal (learning what has a good impact rather than a negative impact) due to my being present for whatever comes up. It's a practice to learn and get better at rather than after a month you'll be cured. Could also work with a more standard diet approach Weekly live webchats are extremely helpful!

    I've loved this program. I've had it for almost a year and it enables me to progress at my own pace. I've found it easy to use and best of all it's always with me. When I get that 10 pm urge for ice cream, someone is there to walk me through the craving with a brief reminder of the various choices I can make. After a lifetime of New Year's resolutions broken and self disappointment, this a a program that is not about force and discipline, but takes a gentle approach to changing our eating patterns using the latest evidence- based brain science .

    I've been using the app for six days. I really liked it at first. But for some reason, today and yesterday, it's not acknowledging that I've performed and completed the tasks. The app says I can't progress unless I do them. Also, it gives you an episode to watch but when I press play, it takes me to a subscription screen instead. So if I can't watch the episode that means I can't progress in the app. I had such high hopes. Now I am highly frustrated and depressed.

    I found the combination of short inspirational videos and phone reminders to engage in practices for mindful eating remarkably effective. The video and audio practice components were very user friendly. The community section was helpful but not as user friendly as say the Weight Watchers app Overall though it's been the most helpful weight loss intervention I have ever tried!

    I guess if, every day, you want some guy talking at you for 10 to 15 minutes to get you to not eat whatever you want to eat, this is the app for you. It made me ready to throw the phone out the window. Trying mindfulness meditation when you feel a craving is not a bad idea, but there are much better meditation apps that this one, and without the boring lectures.
