HOW IT WORKS Every night we go through different phases of sleep - from light to deep. The secret to waking up rested and feeling more energetic and alert upon awakening is to wake up during a period of your lightest sleep. It creates a 30-minute window before the wake-up time you set and goes off within this window while you're in the lightest phase of sleep so gently that it feels natural to wake up. iOS App Reviews

  • Will suit your needs.

This is the perfect app for the job.
  • Ads and heat

    By jro20FMD
For starters this app has an ad like every 30 seconds which I find to be very annoying. And secondly when I use the sleep function in the morning my phone is so hot it can burn your skin. If it was any hotter my bed might have caught on fire.
  • Unreliable

    By mlhoner79
While the app has some great ideas, the alarm is not reliable.
  • Not at all accurate

    By Jianne
This app detects my husbands movements if he wakes up in the night. It also seems to think I wake up every 30 minutes and never reach deep sleep (which I know isn't true because I have plenty of dreams). Also, the interface is super basic. There are plenty of other free apps with more features and more accuracy.
  • Relaxing

I’m thankful that the Lord and this alarm clock keeps me on schedule...😁😁😁
  • Video ad plays in the middle of night...

    By Shinez33
The app works, it monitors my sleep, tracks pretty accurately. BUT! I had this thing happen to me twice: video ad plays loudly by itself in the middle of the night, with my phone in silent mode. Woke me up feeling horrified! Despite the fact that it works pretty well, I’m not going to let it destroy my sleep anymore. Uninstalling.
  • Obnoxious ads

    By animaluvr7
This app was working well for me, the ads weren’t too terrible. The past couple nights it has repeatedly started playing an ad with full audio, which of course wakes me up and defeats the purpose of the app. I get that free apps need to show ads, but this is unacceptable.
  • From good to bad

    By Hlb322
I’ve had this app for a while now, and thought it was great (even with the ads) until it started playing ads with sound and playing video clip at 2 o’clock in the morning! It’s not worth tracking my sleep when it’s waking me up saying some guys name. Then your fiancé wants to know why that man is calling your phone at 2 AM and it’s really not a phone call. It was funny the first time it happened now it’s just not cool!
  • Ok except for one thing

This app decided to continuously run video ads in the middle of the night. What a stupid way to wake up. You’d think an app that rates your sleep quality wouldn’t contribute to the problem.
