  • Easy way to build a routine

    By crystalsnchai
I stopped doing yoga for a few months after my membership at a local studio ended. This app reminded me why I incorporate yoga into my daily routine. It’s so convenient to use. I love the way it guides you through the practice. I just prop my phone up, roll out my mat, and in 20-30 minutes I’m done for the day. I always feel accomplished and ready to take on the day after using this app!
  • Waste of money and time

Before you could a free workout a day. This was a full workout, some of them 20 or more minutes. Now you only have the 5 minute one. It’s ridiculous. And the prices are way too high for what you’re getting. Not worth it. Deleting app.
  • Just get a gym membership.

This used to have a few free workouts in app purchases but now it’s insanely expensive and there are no free workouts. Not worth it.
  • Best App Ever!

I’m in my 50’s although workout should be a priority, with work and family it’s the last task on my hit list. I find the workouts challenging and convenient. When traveling for work I do the yoga workout to help with stress and balance. I use this workout in between days I don’t go to pilates studio, and best of all it’s affordable.

I have been fairly active working out for most of my life, 27 years in the martial arts, I had done some yoga, years of mountain bike riding with fast groups. Now I find myself with some aches and pains that three days at the gym a week were not helping. After starting three days a week of yoga in between gym workouts a lot of the aches and pains have been cut back to what I consider livable. I can tell that my body is getting more flexible, healing and able to move more freely. I am having to make some adjustments and coming from a martial arts background I know my yoga moves look less than beautiful, but each time it improves. I like the options of 6 minute workouts for 20 minute workouts.
  • Poor execution

I purchased this app because I was looking for some variety in workouts. I already exercise 5-6 days per week and sometimes I get bored. I figured I’d throw this in from time to time for some more variety. The problem is that I think these workouts are designed for people with no physical fitness. There is no intensity to them whatsoever. I’m not familiar with the workout philosophy where you take tons of breaks and keep your intensity low. Seems counterintuitive. The app is also terrible. I think these folks need to get themselves a software developer. When I first started using it, the welcome page had a lot of workouts. Some individual and some in groups (or sets). Now when I use it there is a list of about 20 workouts only. I cannot find the ones that I was doing previously. All of the groupings are gone. I’ve tried to log out and back in. I’ve tried to uninstall and reinstall. Nothing works. In summary I cannot believe that I paid for such a pile of crap. Think twice before purchasing a subscription.
  • Bogus program. Don’t subscribe. Save your money.

When I bought the app, there were programs that spanned 8 weeks. I started the program after paying annual subscriptions. Two weeks into it, there are no programs. Only a list of workouts. If I have to pick from a list of yoga programs, I can use YouTube for that. I don’t need to pay annual subscription for that. Don’t believe the screen shots and videos. Don’t subscribe and waste your money.

See this app could really change how your body looks. When you first get it you are so excited to start your yoga , but then you realize that you have to pay to get actual tips. They also don’t give you good plans to pay your money in.

I am so surprised by this app! When you first get in, it tried to get you to sign up immediately with a yearly sub, which I felt was a bad sign.. I mean I hadn’t even used it yet. I closed all the ad screens and they offered me a free trial, so I took it and tried it out. At first I was surprised by how simple it was.. it just shows you a list of full workouts and one short workout at the top. I felt like.. wait, that’s it? Turns out they change the short workout every morning. I started with the topmost workout and figured I would just make my way through the list. It was amazing. I’ve been doing yoga regularly for a few months now and I’ve never had such a motivating, smooth, and exhausting but enjoyable workout. The videos are super well done, and as a woman, seeing gorgeous and elegant bodies and poses is inspiring and motivating. I felt like they did an amazing job of structuring truly full workouts into the yoga sessions, and this could easily be the only app one uses to stay fit. I am excited to let my trial end and pay full price, they definitely deserve it. I will be using this from now on.
  • Helping me in all areas

I am loving this yoga app so far. I’m on a 4 day streak and I’ve done over 6 yoga sessions of some type. I love that it gives titles to help pick what you want to achieve. I do this during the day and then again at night with my son. We love how it’s a video so not only do you get instruction but also a visual aid. I’m new to yoga but after a few days I’m already picking up on some of the lingo. Thanks!
