    I’ve only been using this app for a few days and it has been insanely helpful to me. For many years I’ve had an increasingly difficult time giving in to my own negative thoughts and opinions about almost everything. It sent me down a really dark path that turned me into a depressed, pessimistic, angry grump. My mood would be up and down (I’d snap at the smallest things) and my sleep schedule would randomly go wack. The first day I used Simple Habit I felt like I’d untangled one of many knots and went about my day feeling much lighter and happier and each day after I’ve felt better than the last. My sleep schedule has found its groove again, I feel much more peaceful, and I have far less negativity roaming around my brain. The little things that used to turn me into a She-Demon blow right past me without even a thought. This app is the best!

    I may by 10 years old but this app has helped me sleep, relax and calm down. I think that the way the app is executed is very nice and it’s not like the other app I have that makes you wait 16 hours to do the next one. This app is also great and I hope it will soon get 5 starts and continue to grow 😁

    I love the app but every couple of months the app crashes immediately upon loading. I’m back on one of those streaks again right now. Can’t use the app at all. Can’t press “app support” from the App Store because that brings you to the app which then again crashes!

    I love this app. I’d been struggling to develop a meditation practice for health and Simple Habit has been the answer. I’ve learned so much from the various meditation leaders and I love sharing it with others. The only reason for giving a 5 star review is that the search can be improved. I know there’s a guided meditation for a variety of topics like “exam” (in fact it has “exam” in the title) but it doesn’t come up under “exam” or “test”. I’m careful to save anything that looks interesting because they can sometimes be hard to find again. Other than that, wonderful app and incredible guided meditations (Kate’s voice is beautiful and now triggers me to breathe, thanks Kate!). With gratitude, M

    In the run-up to purchasing this app, I tried many and eventually chose Simple Habit and unlocked the full set of content. The subscription has a nice variety of meditations and instructors. Having tried out a few of these, the themes became obvious, so choosing one, for me, came down to the UI and access to an ample variety of beginner and non-beginner content (like with meals, some days you want pizza and some days you don’t). Simple Habit does it for me.

    I used the sleep mediation the 1st night which was 6-18-18 and I woke up tue literally inspired , awake ,& felt like I actually slept well. Mind u I went to bed around 11pm & I also it’s the girly time of the month ( I know TMI) how’ve I bring it up bc usually I feel absolutely horrible but seriously this meditation app made everything a lot more smoother. I recommend it . I have the free version now but I am going to purchase the actual version soon . Probably on Friday.

    I have been on a 45 day streak, enjoying so many benefits of presence and gratitude with this beautifully designed and comprehensive app, (complete with sos button for stressful and frustrating moments). But I have a big issue with the it, and truly considering going with another one. There is currently no way to add a meditation done outside this app. If you do one on your own, in a class, or if I have no service, then you can’t record it, and will not keep your streak. I have had a goal to meditate daily, and have...but because I didn’t record my silent meditation with the app, my timer started over today with no way of keeping track of my progress. I truly love so much about this app, but this is frustrating to not be able to track accurately. This would be 5 stars for me, with this one request: to offer a way to add times, to keep track of meditation times all within one place. Thank you for designing and creating something so helpful and beautiful! 💜
