  • A life-changer!

    I’m an avid exerciser but in spite of being highly active, the pounds just slowly crept on until I decided I needed to do something about it. This app has changed my life, weight I thought I could never lose are finally coming off, and it has been so easy! I’m already more than halfway to my goal of getting back to my high school weight and I have no doubt that I can get there and stay there! I would absolutely recommend this app to anyone who wants a simple way to lose weight.

    This is a great app. It's very user friendly. I am very impressed by the wide range of of barcode entries even with off brand foods. There are only 2 things I would like to see change. I really wish I could connect my Garmin VivoSmart to the app for "live" data exchange and in the premium version it just makes sense that the image of a scale on the top left hand side would give you easy access to your daily weight entry. Other than that, really great app and I would definitely recommend it to friends and family. Which I already have. ;)

    I used to be a premium member, but I can’t afford the yearly charge. I wish they’d break it down to a monthly. Every time I see the “only such and such a price monthly” followed by “charged once a year,” I get really frustrated. It’s easier to pay a small charge monthly than a yearly charge. It’s not expensive, but for some of us, a monthly bill works better. Otherwise I’ve been on LoseIt for 5 years. It’s great for tracking and I always keep a food journal, even when my weight is fine.

    I prefer the interface of this app to Weight Watchers and My Fitness Pal. Syncs easily with my Fitbit and scale. Love how easy it is to view trends and modify behaviors based on my personal historical stumbling blocks. Great app

    Really digging this App! Once you’ve entered your info and goal weight, it’s so easy to log cals daily and actually drop weight. I’ve never counted calories before, so wish i’d found this years ago. It’s helped me become way more intentional with eating, and not snacking/bored-eating.

    But scanning packages and simple common foods are easy. Good goals and graphs. It helped me lose weight amazingly in the past and I’m back giving it a go again after many years. It would be nice if you could easily copy a food item from a prior day and paste it into the current day. I find the 24 hour window for cancellation of the premium cost or it automatically renews on iTunes to be incredibly obnoxious. As is the incessant nagware to upgrade. So I don’t like those parts at all but might still do it so that shows how highly I regard the app.
