    Remember to cancel you subscription even if you turn off auto subscribe. They will charge for the next year automatically wether you want it or not.

    Cams go black often and it takes weeks to see them up and running again. I purchased the yearly subscription to be able to watch the care my dog received. Sadly.... whenever I go to view— cams are down. If someone ever develops a great app with same purpose— you’ll do great. Just not this one sadly

    I’ve tried all the troubleshooting tips and I still get a black screen. That’d be so cool if the cameras would just work. Please fix this app because I miss my pup. :(

  • Worst excuse for video I've ever seen

    Bought this service so we could see our dogs while we travel. Picture quality is horrible, impossible to identify our dog in this video stream. On an iPad it is like trying to see through cheesecloth. FAQs say higher quality video available on a PC, just who packs a PC when they go on vacation?? I've been complaining to the kennel for almost a year about the quality of the video and finally today they told me the cameras are supplied by Odoggy and there's nothing they can do about it. Would give zero stars if possible, service stinks.

    I like to watch my dogs on my iPad, but this time the app is only working on my phone. When I try to purchase the app for my iPad, I get a message stating I already purchased the app. The camera quality isn’t very good so it is difficult to see on a phone.

    My wife uses the app no problem. I’ve tried twice in the past two years and can’t even get the subscription payment to work. A one month subscription says it was successful, then denied, then successful and finally an error. When I look to manage subscription, it says my one month subscription starts on April 2 (today is January 21).
