    I’m loving this app for weight training. Though I know my routines, it’s satisfying and morivating to see your work on screen. The timer function between sets is great and useful.

    I really like this app. It's simple and clean. Update Feb 2017: Still really useful and keeps getting better. 5 stars. Update Jan 2018: I got in before the monthly subscription model so I’m lucky, but for newcomers, it’s now $5/month. You definitely can’t justify that cost given this is a simple workout tracker. I like the design of the app, but $5/month? Not worth it in my opinion. 3 stars.

    This is the best weightlifting-logging app in iOS but there's room for improvement. 1. The calendar view is nice for tracking which days you've worked out but it has a major flaw. Every workout looks the same. They should be color coded so you can easily tell which muscle group you worked out on which day. 2. There could also be pie charts that help you visualize what muscle groups you've been working on and how much, but there aren't. 3. The graphs can't be customized and you can't select a time period to view. You only see the most recent progress. FitNotes on Android is better and includes all the above, but they don't make the same app on iOS. Strong should take note and make these improvements before FitNotes comes to iOS and they get my money instead.

    I originally downloaded this app to keep track of the exercises that I did. I already had a plan and I just needed a place where I could group them up and adjust them as needed. This app WAS great for that. I will not spend money for somethings that should be free or for features I will never use.
  • Apple Watch app Crashes

    The phone app works great with companion mode on the watch. When trying to do a workout with the actually watch it crashes all the time. Latest workout it crashed 7 times and took 1:45 to finish a workout that normally takes a hour. I got tired of fighting it and in the middle of my workout went back to using the phone app. No other app on my phone reacts like this. I know someone else that uses this app and the Apple Watch does the same thing only with the Apple Watch app.

    To the people complaining that there's now a subscription model when they already purchased the app are fools, if you've already bought it there's no subscription. Some people don't have enough common sense to even function properly. Edit: I'm going to continue giving this app 5 stars every update because it's honestly the best workout app on the store. This app is more than worth the $6 for lifetime access I paid for a year ago. Maybe all those complaining, should have supported the developer before they were forced to move to a subscription model. I suppose it's far easier to behave like a petulant child instead. I swear, everyone wants to eat their cake and have it too.

    I heard about this app through a Facebook group and once I started using it (the free trial month) I became addicted! I love so many things about it - the rest timer keeps me on track, the preloaded workouts, the ability to enter and store my own workout templates, the total weight lifted, the new PRs, that i can build a template and then send it to my friend who works out with me so she has it too, that it syncs with myfitnesspal and automatically updates my weigh ins to a chart...etc... I’m only a few days in to using this wonderful app but I’m already planning on buying the year subscription! 100% worth it in my opinion!
