  • App does not work

    By BeeAsInBumble
This app does not work, even if you are a subscriber. When you try to log in, it will say that your username/password is incorrect (when it isn’t) or that your subscription has expired (when it hasn’t). This app is not functional. If you try to contact customer service about it, you will get no response to multiple emails and the most argumentative, attitudinal representatives on the phone. This app and its customer service are a mess.
  • Sub has NOT expired.

    By BQ33
App is fine WHEN IT WORKS. Every couple months, it tells me my sub has expired (it has NOT-- have print+ sub) and I have to jump thru hoops to get app to accept that I have a sub. Getting very tired of this.
  • Really needs attention

    By jdieud
Signing on using the app is EXTREMELY frustrating. A banner pops up every time telling one that activation is required, even after following all the steps. Had to contact customer service and was assured that this was a known problem. But nothing is being done. Reluctant to ding with one star but this really is hurting the experience. Please fix immediately.
  • Worst magazine UI

    By Duane Williams
This has got to be the worst magazine UI I have ever seen.
  • Thought I bought a subscription?

It forgot that I had bought a subscription-now I have to pay for it again?

    By Popcornl3oi
Possible through actions like this app. It was started by students of activism and progressives. They are learning how to communicate there ideals through this app into the main stream. Please look on the broader horizon of things and look at what they are doing and talking about. This app started in 2016 and so did their resistance school in Cambridge. They are trying to guide our future generations into the right path. Not more monopolistic indoctrinated society's that create a behind the scenes republican monarchy.
  • I agree with everyone else

    By MrFailProduction
I love The Nation, and I don't regret subscribing. However, I would like to be able to access the digital archives through this app. Additionally, this isn't very user friendly, especially to try and read an issue. I love he website, but this needs a LOT of work.
  • The Nation must have forgotten they have an app

    By Jacklyn Hoffe
I don't know what's going on with this app. First, it's cumbersome to log in. Then, even though I paid for a subscription, I still have to pay for issues. It's as if the Nation has forgotten about the app, or zero-ed out maintenance for it. The mobile website is way better. You can do everything you need on the mobile website.
  • Useless app

    By lhillsrn
Great magazine but the app is useless. I paid for a subscription but cannot access the magazines. The instructions in the app don't work.
  • Why?

    By Heroine123
I have the same issue as other users. I have a digital subscription and an account. But app doesn't show any issues for me to read without paying additional $.
