I love apps and many that I have purchased. But do not advertise your app as free. Then you download it is when you find out it’s only free for 7 days. If you can’t be straight up with us, how are to have a level in confidence in you and your product. So now you folks email addresses and FB login. App removed.

The perfect way to start my day with meditation. I’ve been using Calm for over a year and sharing the meditations with a class I teach. Calm provided so many guided meditations with important and relevant themes.

Mediation is taught with simple instructions. I have yet to purchase the app, but so far I have been very blessed by its’ guidance. The easy know-how of meditation comes to light from the beginnings. Download and begin the 7 days of calm. At only 10 minutes a session until day 7 where it has worked to 11 minutes, it has left me thinking I could easily spend more time here.
  • Meh.

Meh. Very limited access to meditations if you don’t pay for the subscription— and very limited people speaking, so if you don’t like their voice, you’re just kind of stuck. It’s an okay app, but Insight Timer is significantly better.
  • A simple way to start destressing

I like this first part of how to reduce stress because it’s simple. The only thing is focusing on the breath, which for me, allowed an understanding and awareness of how I experience stress in my body, not just above my neck. I know stress affects me down to my toes; here is an easy way to feel it.

The daily calm is a steady source of strength and calm in my life. I love the app and the daily topics. The approach to meditating is one that helps me to tie all of the other pieces I have learned about mindfulness together. I am grateful for this app and look forward to using it both morning and night. I have told many others about it as I do feel it is worth every penny I paid for it. Thank you to all involved in its daily production. You are each a blessing.💕

App crashes immediately upon opening! Never done this before and I have tried updates of both the app and my phone. Nothing has worked.
