  • NOT FREE

This app says free, but after downloading and entering personal info, ONE single thing is available. I understand there are in app purchases, but there is nothing to try and inspire me to purchase, as there is nothing to listen to apart from one story. I basically gave them info for free 🤷🏻‍♀️ kinda shady approach if you ask me.

If you open the app and then turn the screen off, the app doesn’t work. I want it to be able to calming with the screen off. I’ve seen other apps do it

Great meditations, both daily and longer programs. Great for reducing stress in every day life.
  • Only 1 day free?

I did day 1 and liked it enough to want to try again for day 2. But it was locked, and I was directed to purchase the premium subscription. I would have purchased if it was a one time, $4.99 or something but $12.99 a month?? Sheesh, no thanks.

The app has good features but the meditations themselves aren’t very guiding or detailed enough. Also their should be different voice options as the lady makes it hard for me to relax. Also disappointed that I didn’t cancel my free trial and was automatically charged for the year and couldn’t undo this. YouTube has better medications for free.

I’d even pay monthly for this app but 60 bucks to commit to a year of having it is ridiculous, it makes it sort of inaccessible to a lot of people.

It’s great, but listening to the 7 day it was peaceful but I could not hear the person as well as I would of liked. The back ground was overpowering her voice
  • Worth it for sleep stories alone!

I've had to medicate myself to get to sleep for a very long time. I tried this app and loved the stories. I decided to splurge on the premium features (I rarely spend money on apps) and see how it went. That was a year ago and I just renewed my subscription. I plan on making better use of the meditation portions this year. The sleep stories are wonderful though and I would happily pay for this app for just that! Lots of different story readers to choose from so you know you'll find a voice that relaxes you. I can now sleep without sleeping aids! It's wonderful! Thank you!!!
  • Love it!

Look I know people are desperate for money but this is just sad. - I’m a 13 year old who struggles with anxiety and ADHD. Even though I’m on a high dosage of medication, I am still all over the place and find myself constantly overwhelmed, or stressed. When I downloaded this app I thought it would be an amazing app where I could do more than just teach meditate lessons but also listen to sleep music, stories and just relax. However the app that I downloaded wasn’t what I thought. You only get one or two free stories, music and focus! - I understand people make a living off of these apps but for a meditation app where people are benefiting their health, I was honestly hoping that I could get more out of this app for free. You could just sign up for real meditation classes since it’s about the same cost for the actual features. I was really hoping for more 😢
